Frame

Special type frame is made out of 3mm thick CR Sheets, profile size of the vertical frame is 154 x 100mm x 2mm thick. Top & bottom horizontal section 154 x 92mm.

All four sides of the frame are fixed with special type silicon Gasket for air tightness and provision is made at all four sides for fixation of Be Cu Gasket. (Supply of Be-Cu Gasket is not in our scope and the same should be supplied by you).

Stainless Steel SS 304 grade Angle 43 x 40 x 2.5mm and brass strip 20 x 5mm thick is provided all four sides to fix the Be Cu gasket.

Hinges

Heavy duty special type MS hinges designed 3 nos for single leaf and 6 nos. of double leaf as shown in the drawing.

Shutter

Structure of the shutter is made from 16G. MS section. Shutter is covered with 1.6mm thick GI sheet inner side and outer surface is covered with 1.6mm thick MS sheet.

In between front and rear skin of the shutter thermal insulation is given, i.e. Mineral wool 50mm. thick having density 48 kg/cum is insulated.

All four sides of the shutter is designed to match all four sides with doorframe with Silicon rubber gasket and Be Cu gasket for Shielding

Locking arrangement

Heavy duty special type locking system is provided to fix the shutter on doorframes from all sides to prevent leakage.
