Shutter is made of SS304 quality Stainless Steel Sheets having 1.60mm. Thickness. Internal re-inforcement structure (not exposed to atmosphere) is made out of MS hollow tubes/section. Designed for manually operation from both the sides.

Frame

Heavy-duty frame made of SS304 quality Stainless Steel sheet having thickness of 2.0mm. Profile section 250 mm x 90 mm vertically, and 250 x 60 horizontally. Rubber Gasket of Silicone quality is fixed in the frame provided with additional sealing leap in the section to ensure perfect sealing.

Locking arrangement

Locking arrangement with 6 clamp. All the bushes in the locking system are made from nylon Glassfill grade to achieve self-lubricant characteristic and low friction and wear & tear rate. The rotating shaft of lock lever is grind finished to safeguard the seal and bush for smooth working. The locking bar sliding guide frame is made out of nylon Glassfill grade strips. Locking bar adopter also will be of good finish to prolong the life of adopter inside.

Gasket

Grooves provides in frame for gasket and high quality silicone rubber gasket is fixed to make the door leak proof.

All other materials for locking arrangements are made of stainless steel 304 quality

In SS Hairline finish.

Airtightness test.

The air tightness test is carried to carried out on that test rig. Door in a closed position with locks in action is fixed on zero leakage test rig, fitted with compressed air to a positive pressure at 250 mm of WC.  Then rig is provided with manometer for ensuring no leakage test and reading is taken at every 10 minutes for a period of 2 hours.
