Frame is made Heavy duty MS flat size 150 x 20 mm, with heavy duty projected ball bearing hinges to open 180 degree. Anchor fasteners are provided on the sides of the frame vertically.

Structure of the Shutter on both side of end of the shutter is made of heavy duty ISMC Box. Other structural member is made up of Tubular sections and both sides are covered with 2mm thick sheets. Inner and outer side is covered with MS sheet. In between front and rear skin of the shutter thermal insulation is given, i.e. MINERAL WOOL / PERLITE / PHENOTHERM.

Finish: Epoxy primer.
