Frame:

Frame is made of pressed C. R. Sheets, size of the frame 125mm x 50mm x 1.25mm. thick. Top member of the frame is welded with side members. Four hinges are fixed with nuts and bolts and flushed with frame. Size of the hinges 100mm x 2mm. thick. 2 Tie bras angles welded at the bottom of the frame. Eight Holdfasts are provided on the sides of the frame vertically. (4 nos. each on both sides) Holdfasts size 150mm x 20mm x 3mm.

Shutter:

Shutter is made of C.R. Sheets, hydraulically pressed rib type design. Front sheet vertically embossed rib, size of the rib 12mm x 12mm at the center of 65mm. Back sheets are horizontally embossed rib type design size of the rib 12mm x 12mm. at the center of 165mm. Both sheets front and back are spot-welded. Thickness of the shutter sheet is 1mm. complete shutter is welded with hinges of the frame. All fittings are provided, like M. S. Aldrop, Tadi, Tower bolts, Stoppers, Handles. Duly 2 coats of Metal primer spray-painted.
