Stainless Steel Airtight Shower doors made of SS 304 quality of Stainless Steel complete with hardware and accessories.

Door Panel.

Door panel is made of 1.6mm thick stainless steel sheets of SS304 grade. In between front and back sheets thermal insulation is provided, light in weight and non bulging with sufficient support to make panel strong.

Door frame.

Heavy-duty frame is made of SS304 grade stainless steel sheet of 2mm thick, profile size 250mm x 143mm, and stiffeners/supports are provided to make the hinges fixing strong.

Locking arrangement

Locking system will be made in airtight manner in stainless steel and operate smoothly by middle handle and will lock at three places into the frame.

Vision panel Glass. (Optional)

Toughened Glass 6mm thick (Clear/ground) is provided into the panel and fixed in airtight manner.

Gasket

Grooves provided in frame for gasket and high quality silicone rubber gasket is fixed to make the door leak proof.

Airtightness test

The air tightness test is carried out on the test rig. Door in a closed position with locks in action is fixed on zero leakage test rig, fitted with compressed air to a positive pressure at 250 mm of WC.  Test rig is provided with Manometer for ensuring no leakage test and reading is taken at every 10 minutes for a period of 2 hours.
