Frame:

Frame is made of Hollow Metal pressed Section C.R. Sheets, size 105mm x 60mm x 1.6mm. thick. Top member of the frame is welded with side members. Four hinges are fixed with nuts and bolts and flushed with frame, 2 tie bar angle welded at the bottom of frame. Eight holdfasts provided at the side of the frame

Shutter:

Shutter is made of CR Sheets having thickness of 1.20 mm. Back side sheet of the shutter is inserted into the edges of the front sheet and in between front and back sheets, stiffeners are provided vertically and horizontally the size of the stiffeners is 150x32mm. The total shutter depth is of 45mm. Duly two coats of metal primer spray painted.
