Frame:

Frame is made of pressed C.R. Sheets, size of the frame 105mm x 60mm x 1.25mm thick. Top member of the frame is welded with side members; four hinges are fixed with nuts and bolts and flushed with frame. Size of the hinges 100mm x 2mm. 2 Tie bar angles welded at the bottom of the frame 8 holdfasts are provided on the sides of the frame vertically. (4 nos. each on both sides) Holdfasts size 150mm x 20mm x 3mm.

Shutter:

Shutter is made of C.R. Sheets hydraulically pressed. Both side embossed rib type design, front side shutter is having a cross rib design and back at four sides is of vertical rib type design, consists 6” wide pressed stiffeners at four sides. Both front and back sheets are spot welded, shutter sheet thickness 1mm. All fittings like M. S. Aldrop, Tadi, Stoppers and handles provided. Duly 2 coats of red-oxide metal primer spray-painted.
