The mobile shelters are of single rigid structure of dimensions 10.0m long, 7.0m wide and 5m high or as per contract agreement. The roof and sides are covered with colour coated Galvalume (optional GI sheet) with waterproof joints Overlapping is provided at the ends to prevent entry of rainwater. This Galvalume sheet (optional GI sheet) will be extended to the over lap portion. These shelters will move in a guided channel track and on the concrete floor.

Two separate drive system one on either side of the shelter or driving the shelters at a speed of around 15 m / min without any skew. Each shelter is provided with 2 nos of fixed wheels (driving wheels) and 2 nos of idle wheels (Castor wheels with swivel lock).

Drive system and remote control unit.

• Drive system consists of electrical motor with gear reduction unit and drive shafts etc with common power supply.



• Remote operation of shelter is also available using micro controller based control unit.
