The Main frame of the Lunch Table will be from cast iron with sturdy section, which will have provision to fix the swiveling arms two numbers on either sides. The top of the tubular frame, which is fixed on the main frame, is of detachable type. This Tubular frame will be made of 1” OD Pipe having two crease section in which the stainless steel top of 20 SWG will befitted with double bend and the corner bending. One additional 8mm. Plywood and mild steel sheet to cover the plywood. Both these will be clamped tightly in the bottom by using clests and welded to the stainless steel sheet.

The seats having approximately 12” dia will be fixed on the swiveling arms and will be made of 22 SWG stainless steel and sandwiched using a heavy duty black board of ¾ "thick which in turn is sealed with mild steel sheet in the bottom. These seats will be fixed on the swiveling arms, which will be fabricated using 1¼ " OD heavy pipe. At one side sintered bush fitted in solid Rod in the arms and other side 2 ball bearing fitted in Rod for easy movements of seats.

The legs of the main frames will be provided with heavy-duty rubber foot mounts inside which is the height adjustment bolts. The height to the top of the table will be 30” inclusive of the rubber foot mountings.

The stainless steel seats will be buffed and frames and the arms will be given first coat of as per the primer and 2 coats of hammer tone gray color of good quality paint.
